BOOKING POLICY / TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We cannot wait to have you in salon with us, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, we’ve established a clear booking policy.

Our goal is to make scheduling your appointments as easy as possible while respecting both your time and ours.

Please take a moment to review our policy details to understand how we handle bookings, cancellations, and no-shows.

We look forward to providing you with exceptional service and a fantastic salon experience.

SMS CONFIRMATIONS

To help keep track of your appointments, we send out two SMS confirmations: one 7 days before your appointment and another 2 days before.
Please confirm your booking by replying to these messages.

If you do not confirm, your appointment may be canceled.

By replying "YES," you also agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit any booking fee paid and incur a fee of 50% of the booked service.
Booked services cannot be cancelled at your appointment, or will incur the same penalty as a cancellation where by 50% of the cost of the service will be charged.

Cancellations outside of the 48 hour window will incur no penalty.

PRICING

All prices listed on our website are estimates. Actual costs may vary based on the length and thickness of your hair, as these factors affect the amount of product used and the time required. Our pricing also reflects the experience level of your Colourist/Stylist.
For a personalized quote and package tailored to your needs, we offer complimentary consultations.

BOOKING FEE

Colour, Lightening and Keratin bookings require a Booking Fee of 25% to secure your new appointment.
Your appointment is not secure with-out your payment.
Once you have booked your appointment with us, you will receive an email with a link to make you Booking Fee payment.


You will have 30 minutes to make payment or your appointment will be canceled.
Your booking fee is redeemed on the day of your appointment in salon.

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

All rescheduling requests within 24 hours of your booking will forfeit any deposits paid. Reschedules outside of this 48 hour window will have their booking fee transferred to the future booking.
To cancel or reschedule please TEXT MESSAGE the salon with as much notice as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for all services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard, AFTERPAY and ZIPPAY.
Payment must be paid at the time of the service before leaving the salon.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Please also note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times.
We do not accept responsibility for any items lost, stolen or broken in the salon.

CHILDREN

To maintain a relaxed and professional atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly ask that you supervise your children at all times while in the salon. This ensures their safety and helps us provide the best experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

CLOTHING AND APPAREL

We will do our best to avoid damage to your clothing and apparel while your visit our salon during your service, however we recommend not wearing any expensive or sentimental items or apparel to the salon as Katy and Co are not responsible for any damage or loss.
